We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, but everything was great. Got the same king room booked online, appreciated that, and the staff were exceptional people with proper customer service. The hotel had a stunning location not very far from Robert Dundas.

Everything was nice, including attentive staff with proper customer service. The location was perfect and amazing - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Spent our evenings in nearby Mercat Bar, especially when it was cold outside.
